Great article! I’m in 12 step recovery and couldn’t agree more — everyone can learn something from the 12 steps! And, there are tons of tools, tips and tricks in recovery that I never heard of before recovery, despite being a selk-help junkie and in therapy for years! I mostly write and speak to get that info out to the rest of the world!
